Located at 2 Quai Vauban in Besançon, the L'Alsacien restaurant offers a culinary immersion in the heart of Alsace. The restaurant specialises in making traditional flammekueches (flambé tarts), using traditional know-how and products sourced directly from Alsatian producers.
The concept is based on conviviality and sharing. The range is rounded off by a selection of regional drinks, including wines from local winegrowers and craft beers, some of which are available from self-service taps.
