Not far from Suran and close to Vouglans lake (about 20 minutes away), in a pretty stone building, Doriane, Nicolas and their team welcome you with a gentle blend of friendliness, humour and professionalism.

At Nico & Dodo, you'll find what we call "Savoir Bon Vivre". Local and seasonal produce, in-house expertise, warm and passionate cuisine: all the ingredients you need to feel, for just a moment, the family atmosphere that reigns at the inn. The team has taken the time to work on the menu to bring in new techniques, while leaving plenty of room for the products and expertise of our partners.

Constantly on the lookout for new flavours, Nicolas revisits and sublimates each of his recipes. Catering is a passionate profession, and the team makes it a point of honour to ensure that you feel this passion throughout your meal.


At lunchtime, the bistro menu and the daily menu (Monday to Friday) are home-made, with 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.
In the evening, the menu is renewed each season.

Le Caveau
Doriane welcomes you to Le Caveau, where wine, rums, local beers and spirits rule the roost. She will select the rare pearl that will accompany you throughout your meal.
