In winter, regional and other dishes with fresh market produce and seasonal products: Poached eggs with Epoisses, Snails with garlic and parsley, Morteau sausage, Salted lentils, Calf's head with gribiche sauce and many other dishes to be discovered each week.
In summer, ice creams, cocktails, beers and fresh salads from the market are available.
