Closed all day Sunday and Monday, Thursday evening from September to March

Located just a stone's throw from Arbois town centre, Le Bistronôme restaurant has an undeniable charm: its chic bistro decor, soothing view over the river and covered outdoor terrace create a cosy, warm atmosphere that is much appreciated by its loyal clientele.

Lisa and Jérôme welcome you to their restaurant, where conviviality and transparency are the order of the day, and which reveals itself without artifice to the rhythm of the seasons. Lisa and Jérôme are keen to respect the rhythm of nature and what it has to offer, so a dish or dessert may be short-lived.

From the large bay window, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Cuisance. And like a little corner of nature right in the centre of Arbois, the terrace is open in summer.

Lisa and Jérôme welcome you to their establishment, with Jérôme in the kitchen and Lisa in the pastry shop. Complementary in their work and philosophy, the cuisine they offer is gourmet, sensitive and "real". It evolves with the seasons, the products, the combinations and the textures.
