Le Café des Seize Quartiers
Virginie and her team welcome you to this former winegrower's cellar at the foot of the ancient abbey. The name of the restaurant, "Les Seize Quartiers", refers to the abbey's canonesses, who required 16 quarters of nobility to live there.
You can enjoy local produce at any time indoors, or take advantage of the lovely shady terrace. Château-Chalon wines, traditional Jura beers, fresh traditional drinks, teas, coffees, chocolates...
Local charcuterie and cheese boards, salads, terrines, sweet and savoury breaks, pastries, home-made ice creams, waffles...
In winter we also serve fondue and soup....
