Virginie and her team welcome you to this former winegrower's cellar at the foot of the ancient abbey. The name of the restaurant, "Les Seize Quartiers", refers to the abbey's canonesses, who required 16 quarters of nobility to live there.
You can sample local produce at any time and enjoy the lovely shady terrace. Château-Chalon wines, traditional Jura beers, teas, coffees, chocolates, cold drinks...
Local charcuterie and cheese boards, sweet and savoury snacks, pastries, home-made ice creams, waffles...
