The 56-seat dining room and 24-seat terrace are never big enough. The tasty cuisine, using fresh, mainly regional produce, is like that of a traditional bistro. The warm welcome makes you feel at home.
During the week, the all-you-can-eat buffet of hot and cold starters is a favourite with lunchtime diners. The recipes follow the seasons (pot-au-feu, sauerkraut, endives with ham, wild boar sausage, frogs with parsley, calf's head, snails, oysters...).
The à la carte menu is a hit, with veal chuck confit with yellow wine and morel mushrooms, foie gras mushroom ravioli with trousseau juice, and even the homemade cervelle de canut for dessert.
