Le Relais de la Vallée

Le Relais de la Vallée is a restaurant located in Hyèvre-Paroisse, in the heart of the Doubs valley near Baume-les-Dames.

Traditional, fine and distinguished home cooking made from local products. We come to the Relais de la Vallée for the copious cuisine of the chef Pierre Cossu and his touches of creativity and Provence. He will introduce you to local products with recipes based on morels, trout, Morteau and Montbéliard sausages, comté, morbier, Mont d'Or, snails and Jura wine, to name but a few of his favourite ingredients.
In fine weather, enjoy the beautiful panoramic terrace with a view of the pleasant and relaxing surrounding countryside. In the dining room, you will be surprised by the vast collection of miniature cars and motorbikes displayed in the windows!
