Restaurant located on the edge of the old salt road linking the Salins les Bains saltworks and the Royal Saltworks of Arc et Senans with Switzerland. This 17th century inn has a period fireplace, exposed beams and a stone sink, a rustic decor for a cuisine based essentially on quality local products.
Our speciality: Comté fondue! This recipe has been delighting our regulars for 30 years!
