The latest establishment to be created by the founder of the first Indo-Pakistani restaurant in the Lake Geneva area (Rajpoute in 1989), it aims to gradually introduce diners to the vegetarian diversity of this very rich cuisine, influenced as much by the spices, herbs, fruit and vegetables of all the regions of India and Pakistan as by their religions and history, in addition to the 'classic' menu.
