Ethical and creative All our cuisine is home-made. Local in the provenance of the products, universal in its sources of inspiration, Unalôme's cuisine is creative, drawing its influences from culinary traditions around the world. We attach the utmost importance to the quality and provenance of the products we serve. Our leitmotiv is healthy, seasonal cuisine that's both gourmet and comforting, and that changes according to what our partners bring in! We work with raw produce, much of it direct from the producer, and as much as possible from local, peasant and environmentally-friendly farming. Just as Unalôme's cuisine adapts to the seasons, it also adapts to individual diets and restrictions. Don't hesitate to let us know about any dietary restrictions you may have when you make your reservation.
