Local in the provenance of the products, universal in its sources of inspiration, Unalôme's cuisine is creative, drawing its influences from culinary traditions from all over the world.
We attach the utmost importance to the quality and origin of the products we serve.
Our leitmotiv is to offer a healthy cuisine, either gourmet or comforting, in season, evolving according to the arrival of our partners!
We work with raw products, mostly direct from the producer, and as much as possible from local, peasant and environmentally friendly agriculture. In the same way that Unalôme's cuisine adapts to the seasons, it also adapts to individual diets and restrictions.
