What's more, proximity is at the heart of this approach, with almost 90% of supplies coming from our region. Before the restaurant opened, meticulous care was taken to select the best ingredients. By meeting with local producers, we have established egg production at the Château and work with neighbouring beehives to produce our honey, ensuring exceptional quality.
