In the centre of the village of Balanod, the chef Philippe Bouvard offers you a tasty and copious cuisine at the crossroads of Bresse and Jura.

Specialities: salmon semi-cooked in the smokehouse, comté soufflé with morel mushrooms, sweetbreads cooked with Savagnin, morel mushrooms and yellow wine, Bresse chicken in yellow wine, large royal sea bream roasted with lemon thyme and garlic clove.
