La Gourmandine is a pizza truck on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings in summer (open according to the time change: 31 March to 27 October).

Régis is part of the third generation of the family to make this delicious pizza dough, the recipe for which comes from his grandfather! Discover it for yourself!


La Gourmandine is also a friendly restaurant in the heart of the village of Augisey, serving traditional cuisine.
A bistro, restaurant and grocery shop, it's the hub of village life.
Régis prepares two different dishes every lunchtime (Monday to Friday) and on Thursdays you can try his famous calf's head!
