His passion and respect for good products are reflected in his dishes, both visually and in terms of taste, with each new menu, which is adapted to the products in season. Olivera welcomes you warmly in a family atmosphere, advises you on your choices and explains the composition of each dish prepared and cooked by the chef. A zest of combawa, a hint of bahia pepper and a few drops of Spanish olive oil will make you happy with fish or meat!
