Cooking is Fabien's domain. He likes to prepare regional and traditional dishes with local products: chicken legs stuffed with morels, perch and trout fillets, mushroom crusts...
The menus change with the seasons.
Winter specialities: mushroom crust, gougère with morels, trout filet with Savagnin, cheese specialities.
Summer specialities: morel crust and green salad, Haut-Doubs charcuterie, filet of perch meunière, homemade hazelnut terrine.
We like: the quality of the dishes and all the Franc-Comtois specialities.
