What's more, proximity is at the heart of this approach, with almost 90% of supplies coming from our region. Before the restaurant opened, meticulous care was taken to select the best ingredients. By meeting with local producers, the Château works with nearby beehives to produce our honey, ensuring exceptional quality.

The restaurant is open from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening from 7.00 pm to 9.15 pm and for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 pm to 1.30 pm.
The restaurant is closed from 19 October to 04 November, on 22, 23, 24 and 25 December, from 04 January to 11 February inclusive, from 21 June to 30 June inclusive.
