Restaurant LauMas

The LauMas restaurant, located in the historic centre of Besançon near the Citadelle, offers internationally inspired bistro cuisine. The restaurant offers three distinct concepts: a single menu at lunchtime, a menu of creative dishes to share in the evening, and an all-you-can-eat buffet brunch on certain Sundays. The cuisine focuses on local and seasonal produce, with recipes influenced by travels in Asia, Europe and Oceania. A rigorous selection of organic and biodynamic wines accompanies the dishes. Guests are welcomed in an intimate dining room or on the terrace during the summer months. The restaurant is part of an environmental initiative to combat food waste.
