A family-run restaurant, cooking with fresh products where "home-made" is the rule, a warm setting and a room open onto the garden.
Winter specialities: gaudes with old Comté cheese from Fort Saint Antoine, gentian sorbet, grapefruit macaroonade, fine tart with Morteau poached egg.
Summer specialities: fine tart with snails and tomato, Pollack with Pontarlier Absinthe, crispy cannelloni with Macvin on pan-fried cherries.
