Located at the foot of Mount Risoux, at the foot of the alpine ski resort and a stone's throw from the source of the Doubs, Le Chalet de la Source is a family and convivial table, for whom eating local and seasonal food means getting back in touch with those who feed us, rediscovering the freshness of the food and the flavours of the land. It also means encouraging food production close to home and, at the same time, food autonomy.
