Open all year round (closed Fridays & Sunday evenings) the Restaurant Roland is well known for its traditional cuisine and local specialities such as chicken in Montagnieu wine sauce or frog’s legs, accompanied by a fine selection of AOC Bugey wines. The restaurant overlooks the gardens of the Rolland Hotel and has a shaded terrace which ideal for summer time dinning that can accommodate up to 25 people.
