Aurélie is an artisan chocolate-maker and a creator of emotions, introducing you to the world of confectionery and chocolate. Indulge in delicious caramels, marshmallows, Jura honey nougats, crunchy meringues, extra-fine fruit jellies and, of course, pure cocoa butter fine chocolates from pure origins, filled with homemade pralines.
She makes all these sweets entirely by hand in her production workshop, without any machines, and using regional produce and fresh fruit as often as possible. Most of her fruit jellies are made with fresh, whole, untreated fruit from her orchards. And the essential ingredients in all her creations are: a hint of tenderness, a pinch of sweetness, and a whole lot of love...
She sells her products at local markets and by appointment at her studio.
