As a professional beekeeper based in Clairvaux, I run a business whose bees forage exclusively in the heart of the Lake District, producing a honey that reflects our Jura terroir.
Everything here is 100% local and traditional: from the manufacture of the Haut Jura spruce hives to the bottling of the harvest, everything is done with passion.
As part of my commitment to responsible beekeeping, I'm moving closer to organic beekeeping, excluding plastic and chemical products in the interests of the bees, the consumer and the environment.
