* Laurent, a professional beekeeper (certified AB) who looks after a herd of 200 hives and offers you honeys collected in the Ain (acacia, mountain, fir, chestnut, lime....), delicious gingerbread, candles and other products of the hive...
* Bérangère, confectioner, specialises in making melting sweets with honey, plants and fruit. But also honey lollipops, fruit jellies made from locally picked fruit, nougats, almond paste-based delicacies, spreads....
* A new shop, with a glass gallery overlooking the confectionery workshop, where you will find honeys, gingerbread, confectionery, local products and crafts, honey cosmetics, gift ideas...
