Biscuiterie Mistral
It all began in 1954, when Charles and Josette Jobic founded the Biscuiterie Mistral, inspired by the gourmet recipes of yesteryear. Madeleines and soft cakes marked the start of a family adventure based on authenticity and the flavours of childhood.
Based in Semur-en-Auxois since 1974, the biscuit factory has grown while remaining true to its roots and its pastry-making expertise. In 2023, Mistral joined the Dijon Céréales agricultural cooperative, affirming its attachment to the region and to responsible agriculture.
