For several generations, Boucherie Normand has been carrying on the tradition of tuyé salting and promoting the local skills of the Haut-Doubs region.
In Guyans-Vennes, we offer products prepared using traditional methods: smoked sausages and hams, smoked bacon and many other specialities typical of our region.
We are members of the association Sites Remarquables du Goût - Salaisons en Tuyé des Portes du Haut-Doubs, which works to promote awareness and appreciation of these emblematic products.
