The Cuc brewery started its activity in April 2013. Benjamin, the brewer, currently produces four types of beer: blond, amber, white and triple blond. There is sometimes a beer produced occasionally (Christmas beer, spring beer). The brewery is located in Pirey. Almost all of the beer is sold within a radius of twenty kilometers around Besançon.
The beers produced are characterized by a fairly significant bitterness, and powerful hop aromas. They are made exclusively from malts, water, hops, yeast and a little sugar. All beers are refermented in bottles. The CUC brewery also produces 30 liter kegs.
