At our brewery, we see beer as a popular art form. Our aim is to draw inspiration from different styles of beer to develop and share our brewing imagination. We offer a year-round range of five classic organic beers, as well as occasional top- and bottom-fermented seasonal beers. Our specialities include seasonal beers made with fruit from our orchard, including rhubarb, and beers matured in wine casks from the Jura and elsewhere. Some of our hopped beers are now packaged in aluminium cans, a highly leak-proof, opaque container that ensures optimum preservation of the beer and its aromas.
