BRASSERIE NIMBUS

Blonde Triple, Stout, Kriek, Mirabelles, IPA, ... All these names ring a bell to beer lovers. They are brewed by Hélène MAS, at the Nimbus brewery in Dung.

Passionate about beer and a self-taught brewer, Hélène MAS has made a name for herself in the world of Gambrinus disciples by offering authentic, unpasteurised, unfiltered beers rich in aroma and taste.

You will taste with pleasure and restraint the classics, browns, stouts... and with curiosity the beer with whisky malt, the beer with white broth flowers or the beers with apple or honey.

Even if the production is confidential, it should be noted that Hélène MAS produces her own hops! The blends are made with local products (hand-picked flowers, apples, cherries and mirabelle plums harvested around Dung ...), even the honey is "home-made" thanks to the hives installed on the property.
