Brasserie Plume Jurassienne

Mathieu founded and coordinated the BièreTour from 2018 to 2021. He was also coordinator of the AlterTour from 2009 to 2021. Thirteen years of exceptional encounters with bakers, market gardeners, brewers... People and groups who are reinventing peasant and organic farming. After years of reflection and home brewing in his kitchen, he decided to take the plunge and set up a microbrewery in Cramans in the Jura. Brasserie Plume Jurassienne tries to reduce its impact by brewing organic beers and minimising its water and energy consumption. Its beers are distributed within a 30 km radius of the brewery. Brasserie Plume Jurassienne beers are light on alcohol but not on taste!
