Brasserie Sadjê

The Sâdjé microbrewery is the brainchild of Alain, Charlène, Rémi and Simon, four beer enthusiasts and amateur brewers for a number of years, who decided to set up their own local craft beer business.
The micro-brewery will open its doors at the Abbaye de Montbenoît at the start of the summer season. We're keen to create a convivial space where we can share our love of beer. At the launch of the microbrewery, we plan to brew our first recipe: La bière Blonde de l'Abbaye de Montbenoît. A Saison-type lager with citrus notes and golden highlights. Brewed with barley malts and hops, both French and organically grown. As the seasons go by, other recipes will be developed and offered for sale.
