The Brasserie des Babouins Jurassiens is a craft brewery founded on 14 August 2114 by 2 young baboons in search of taste and innovation. Armed with age-old know-how stolen from mankind by their ancestors and passed on by their cercopithecine grandmothers, they naturally turned to beer production. The vast quantity of different raw materials and the possibility of varying all the production parameters opened up an almost infinite potential for development and recreation.
