Chocolaterie bio jurassienne

The Bio Jurassienne chocolate factory has been open since 7 September 2023.

The Chocolaterie Bio Jurassienne brings together two worlds that are dear to me: chocolate and organic certification. For me, organic means showing greater respect for the living world, the environment and the human beings around us.

The chocolate I produce is certified organic and Fair Trade.

I offer different types of chocolate, from bars to made-to-measure designs, as well as artistic chocolate.

Chocolate courses have been running since 2025.

My products are available directly from my boutique in L'Etoile (see opening hours) and in partner shops.
