I'm a local jam maker who recently set up home near Lons le Saunier, making jams that are not very sweet. They also stand out for their combination of aromas and flavours, combining fruit and aromatic herbs.
My fruit and herbs come from sustainable production.
To make my jams, I trained at the Ecole des Chefs de Fouesnant in Brittany to obtain my certification, and as a local jam maker who recently set up home near Lons le Saunier, I make jams that are particularly low in sugar. On-site sales by appointment
