Coopérative des Bergers Réunis de l'Ain

The Coopérative des Bergers Réunis de l'Ain (COBRA) is a group of about thirty sheep farmers who own nearly 6,500 ewes in the department.
Born, raised and slaughtered in the Ain, Gigotin lambs comply with strict specifications that require them to be breastfed and slaughtered at an age of between 90 and 180 days in order to offer clear and tasty meat.
The traceability implemented by the cooperative allows retailers to display each week the breeding and the commune of origin of the lambs!
