The pigs are reared and processed at the Combettes farm. Bought when they are two months old, the animals spend 21 weeks on the farm, 16 of which in the open air. This length of rearing ensures that the meat is of the highest quality. The feed is guaranteed GMO-free, and consists solely of cereals and oilcakes. Everything is processed on the farm into fresh meat and charcuterie, then sold on the local market.
