Ferme sous la côte
The Ferme sous la Côte, located in Fontaine-lès-Clerval in the Doubs region, is an organic farm offering :
- Transplantable plants from 15 April to 15 May.
- baskets of fresh vegetables and herbs from July to November.
- Bread (by prior arrangement).
Sales take place: at the farm by appointment, at the Association pour le Maintien d'une Agriculture Paysanne de Pays-de-Clerval in Place du Gravier on Wednesday evenings, at the Autechaux AMAP at 20 Grande Rue on Monday evenings, at the Montbéliard market on Saturday mornings.
His colleague Samuel from "Fournil sous la croûte" offers sourdough bread baked over a wood fire, by prior arrangement.
