Open on Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 12AM and from 4PM to 7pm
On Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 11H45AM
Traditional dairy. The cheeses are made on the basis of strict criteria certifying that they indeed deserve to be named Comté and Morbier.
