Located on the heights of Ambronay, famous for its abbey, the farm is in the heart of the hamlet of Merland, a small picturesque village in the Bugey. It is essentially composed of a cutting and processing workshop, a sales area and a small stall for Montbeliarde cows in winter.
The animals are therefore most often in the meadows around the farm or on the heights of the village. As for the pigs, they are outside all year round on the outskirts of the farm.
The meat is cut up and packaged in the farm's workshop. For more simplicity, customers can order their meat by e-mail and come and pick it up at the farm. It is also possible to go through the Amap of Ambérieu, Sainte-Julie and Saint-Eloi, Versonnex and Jujurieux.
