Galacté, the Jura beer made from milk. Conceived and brewed by Romain Guillot, founder of JuraSérum and a young cheesemaker, Galacté embodies the union between the brewing tradition and the strength of a solid, close-knit Jura cheese industry.

The raw material comes from our mountains, production is rooted in the region, and every sip reflects the cohesion and creativity of those who bring the Jura to life every day.

The Galacté range comprises three interpretations:
- Blonde - light and balanced, with a malty sweetness and a subtle nose.
- Blanche - infused with orange peel and coriander, fresh and refined.
- Amber - full-bodied and warm, with notes of caramelised malt.

A cervoise that is profoundly Jura, born of a simple yet forward-looking gesture - that of transforming the best our mountains have to offer.
Today, Galacté cervoises can be found in most cheese dairies, fruit shops and delicatessens in the Jura and the Jura region.
