La Cave de la Tour

Just past the Horloge tower towards the "faubourg", you'll find Cave de la Tour. Taken over in 2019 by Mathieu Dayet, this thirty-year-old shop sells a wide range of wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling), spirits and beers of all kinds. You'll find carefully selected specialities from the Jura and the region, including Savagnin, a rare white grape variety with notes of dried fruit and spices... Macvin, a delicate liqueur wine... the heady Vin de Paille, ideal with foie gras... and the famous Vin Jaune du Jura... A wide range of beverages to match your food and wine, and to discover the particularities of the Jura wine region.

Other quality regional and craft beverages are also available: beers, absinthes, lemonades, syrups, apple juice... The good news is that the Cave now offers its own craft beers, brewed in an old farmhouse a few kilometres away, in the commune of Mignovillard...
