> Veal meat
Aubrac meat is renowned for the finesse of its meat, both in terms of taste and tenderness. It is considered to be a breed that produces superior quality meat. The colour of our veal is slightly pink and we are proud of it: it is the sign of a respectful breeding of the animal which leaves the calf free to eat grass beside its mother. It is a very tender meat, not fatty, very tasty and perfumed, rich in iron and vitamin B12.
> Laying hens
They are raised in mobile hen houses and we adapt the size of their runs so that they can always have grass.
> Cereals and bread
Milling wheat, rye, sunflower... Wheat is transformed into flour in our mill, then into bread and other delicacies in the farm's bakery.
The bread dough is made with natural leaven.
