La Ferme de Chantemerle

La Ferme de Chantemerle is an organic honey farm created in 2018 and located in the heart of the Jura mountains in Rosay.
Nina Blanco and Flavien Alquier are two beekeepers who are passionate about bees and respect their well-being.

The 250 hives are set up in a variety of areas in the Petite Montagne and a little further afield in the Haut-Jura: orchards, meadows, pastures, coppices, hedges, woods and forests. A wide variety of honeys are on offer: hawthorn, lime, mountain...

The honey factory also makes gingerbread, nougats, candles, bee warps and gift boxes and bags.

Open to visitors for the Journées de Ferme en Ferme in April.
At the Lons-le-Saunier farmers' market on Wednesdays.
