
La ferme du coq bressan
Located in the heart of the Bresse region of the Jura, the Ferme du Coq Bressan is a Bresse poultry farm that came back to life in 2023. Following a career change, I embarked on the adventure of rearing Bresse poultry and selling it on the farm, right onto your plate.
My poultry are reared in accordance with the PDO specifications: free-range for 120 days and fed on cereals and milk produced in Bresse. It's a real know-how that I'm carrying on on the family land as a 4th generation farmer.
You can find my Bresse chickens and guinea fowl in the farm shop, as well as a selection of regional products: Jura wines, terrines and cheeses.
