La Ferme les Granges Rouges
The "Granges Rouges" farm raises Charolais cattle, renowned for their tender, low-fat meat.
The cattle are born on the family farm, using traditional methods; they are fed on grass from my pastures, hay and regain produced on my farm; plus linseed meal: OMEGA3 quality, without GMOs or silage.
My cattle are slaughtered at the Champagnole abattoir in the Jura (Viande Jura Nature), with respect for the animal. I make the journey myself.
My meat parcels are processed in my approved cutting laboratory, located on my farm. Each piece is vacuum-packed and labelled, and a slaughter ticket is given to each customer to prove the traceability of the cattle.
