La Semilla - Distillerie Aymonier


Housed in a room at the back of our barn, our distillation workshop revives the tradition of the farmer-distiller. Our copper stills enable us to create authentic alcohols based on the traditional know-how of the Jura mountains.
Scaled to the size of our farm, our facilities allow us to distil our own plants, so we can offer you top-quality products.
As the first artisanal organic distillery in the historic area, we distil around twenty different absinthe recipes, as well as aniseed-flavoured spirits, vodka, gin, a gentian aperitif and liqueurs.
Visits to the distillation workshop and absinthe tasting must be booked in advance by calling 07 87 24 57 45 (€5/person).
Belongs to the network: "Les Amis de la route de l'Absinthe".
At the same time, we grow organic vegetables and make homemade jams, syrups, herbal teas, chocolates, pestos, etc.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 12pm and 5pm to 7pm.
We accept "pives", the local currency, as a means of payment.
