Le paradis des abeilles

I've been farming my three hectares of orchard since 2013. My daily battle is to maintain biodiversity. I have fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, peach...) and around fifty beehives. The two activities clearly complement each other! The bees come to pollinate the fruit trees and the fruit trees provide the work tools for the foragers. I look after my fruit trees according to the principles of organic, environmentally-friendly farming. I try to recreate the trees' original environment by using the positive interactions between the various players in nature. My bee-keeping is not certified AB. My bees forage up to 3 km away.
