Guided tour by prior arrangement, except on Sundays and certain public holidays. Length of visit: 45 minutes.

Le Rucher des 2 Lacs is a small family business set up by Jean-Baptiste GIRARD in 1983.
From the outset, Jean-Baptiste focused on producing local, high-quality honey. The business began in Velesmes Essarts, a small village near Besançon.
A few years later, he decided to set up in the Haut-Doubs region, very close to Lac de Saint-Point in Labergement-Sainte-Marie. An ideal place for harvesting
dandelion, mountain and fir tree honey.
Today, his two children, Johann and Mickaël, continue the business. They look after 1,000 hives in the region.
