In the small medieval town of Nozeroy, we're off to discover the Saloir des Remparts, a local delicatessen that has been selling delicious local specialities since 2015... but that's not all! Romain Menin and his team are committed to selling top-quality products, favouring short distribution channels and promoting the local economy. The meat (pork and beef) is always French and often local, while the sausages, various cold meats, terrines and other specialities from the Franche-Comté region are made entirely in-house from carefully selected ingredients...
