It grows in our 900m2 greenhouse ponds, recreating as closely as possible its natural living environment and scrupulously respecting its growth cycle, without heating or artificial light, in water tempered by solar energy.

Vivien is a passionate and committed producer of high-quality spirulina, produced in an ecological and environmentally-friendly way. He'll introduce you to spirulina through its history, its natural environment, its benefits and its applications.
You'll visit the greenhouse, which has been conditioned to recreate spirulina's natural cycle, learn how to grow it, the different stages of harvesting, and measure for yourself the essential parameters for cultivation. And enjoy a Spirulina tasting!
Here, we grow "Paracas", a unique strain of spirulina from a Peruvian lake, renowned for its high phycocyanin content (spirulina's main active ingredient).
We are also committed to clean aquaculture, i.e. without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides or GMOs.
This is how we obtain Authentic Spirulina, so pleasant to the palate and naturally rich in nutrients.
