At the Jardins de Grusse, seasonal vegetables and red fruits.
Since 2004, Emmanuel Kovarik has been growing many varieties of vegetables and fruit on 2.3ha in Grusse and in Sainte Agnès since 2015. Everything is cultivated organically, using biodynamic preparations to invigorate the composts, the soil and the plants. The manure is mainly based on local composted manure.
From June onwards, red fruits complete the range for those with a sweet tooth: strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries, currants.
In spring, it is also possible to buy vegetable plants, either by reserving in advance or during the open house (on 8 May and the following weekend). A great opportunity to discover original, robust and tasty varieties of tomatoes, aubergines and peppers acclimatised for the outdoors, leafy vegetables, annual and perennial aromatic plants...
To discover the production of the Grusse gardens, two possibilities :
> Order the fruits and vegetables (seasonal basket and à la carte formula)
> Become a member of the Amap (Association for the maintenance of peasant agriculture) to benefit from weekly baskets (two sizes possible) for 46 weeks.
